You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload images, submit prompts, generate content, and use the resulting videos. Do not upload confidential material or content that violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

Publishing makes a video, its prompt, and related details available to the public. You remain responsible for what you publish. We may reject, restrict, or remove content when required for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

Credits are a prepaid digital balance used for generation and are not currency. The required credits are shown before submission. Failed generations return the reserved credits automatically. Creem processes purchases, taxes, and payment records as merchant of record.

Do not use the service for illegal content, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment, instructions for serious wrongdoing, malware, payment fraud, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass safety, rate, or budget controls.
